The devotions always come right on time. They uplift and encourage you especially at a time when you need ministering to a special need. I have editions 1 and 2 and I read them constantly. There is a word for everyone's life and situation. The NIV text is especially easier to read than KJV to me and so I'm all the more motivated to read the Word. Everyone I purchase bibles for receives an NIV version. I love it immensely.

A friend recommended this bible to me after the loss of my infant daughter. The devotions are based on real experiences from real women. They have touched my heart on many levels. I highly recommend this bible.

I love this Bible...unfortunately it's the second one I have now. I loved it so much I wanted to find something similiar but didn't realize I was buying the same Bible with a different cover. Please note that the compact NIV Bible with a pink cover and the number "1" on the front is the EXACT same text. For some reason this one typically sells for less.

This is a wonderful addition I recommend it for newbies and old timers a like..

I love the womens devotional reading inside and the suggested readings. This on top of doctrine is a great aid and sometimes I turn the page to read something that is what I needed.

It was a great expirience for me to by this book. After I read a few times in this I found it wonderful and I learnd so much about jesus and god. Also I got a better "Bible-Understanding". -Wonderful Book!

The New International Version is excellent for readability and overall quality. However, because it is only 52% consistent with the original language (Old Testament comparison only) you cannot do serious bible study without using a concordance.
