This is the only known autobiographical account of the famous survivor of the great flood and the father of all humanity. He uses few words with much meaning that include godly teachings of Adam given through Noah's father Lamech. He includes interesting aspects of his early years along with his views on education and the tragedies of war. His explanation of God's reason for the flood is a warning to the people of all ages. His history of the post-deluvian era is family centered and includes a search for the ark a hundred years later, a teenager's depression and suicide attempt and his wife's fatal cancer. His remarriage ends in divorce, after which he moves to Ur in Chaldea where he finishes his long life teaching the truth of God to many, including Job and Abram.
