4.0 out of 5 stars Horses, history and healing, September 18, 2004
This review is from: NOD WHISPERS (Paperback)
This is the sort of story you would expect to hear on a wild and windy night in front of a log fire in a lochside inn. As you sip your malt whisky, let the crackle of the logs and the moaning of the wind set the atmosphere for a tale told by the stranger in riding boots.

Listen as you get to know Nod, Milly and Morris, horses who have witnessed history as it unfolds. Hear how Nod led the charge into battle in the Peninsular Wars,
while Milly's experience in ancient Egypt left her with black rage and Morris's life on a dustheap made him paranoid about flies.

I couldn't put the book down, reading into the night. This book is about how lifetimes of pain can be transmuted and healed when humans and horses come together to heal.

Do horses have past lives? You bet they do - and Peter is the man to convince you of this.
