This stuff is expensive, but if you are concerned with not posoining your property, you should definitely use it instead of the other options out there.

Works great, but give it a few weeks, as stated on the label, to start seeing results. I used it last year for a huge infestation of grasshoppers in Southern Arizona--just kept applying it all summer and hoppers were greatly reduced. I live on 10 acres but applied it mainly over one acre inside a chain link fenced area. Inside the fence there were far fewer grasshoppers than outside the fence! This year they were late in showing up and only devastated one garden before I nailed them. After about 3 weeks, most are gone. We have 3 feral cats and 3 indoor cats that go out--I did not have to worry about this product around them, which made it 5 star for that alone. Completely safe! Last year I got by on a 10 lb. bag and accidentally ordered 25 lbs. this year. It is dated for about 12 weeks for effectiveness, so watch the amount ordered or share with neighbors in a joint order! Highly recommended--will buy it every year but earlier than June and apply in advance of sightings!
