5.0 out of 5 stars This is the greatest thing since sliced bread
This is my third type of cup hold. I have it mounted on the armrest of my wheelchair. It is absolutely wonderful. It holds everything from a can up to a 64 oz. size drink cup. The best part about it is that when it's not in use, it folds up flat so it does not interfere with wheeling. I can't say enough good things about this product.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy it
Maybe....maybe this product might work well for the Rollator that it was built for, but if you don't have a Rollator wheelchair--don't buy this cup holder. I am the caregiver for a very high maintenance 88-year-old retired missionary. I bought this product because it was the most expensive cup holder on-line and I wanted a high quality product because I don't have time to...

As advertised it holds my water bottle perfectly and folds up flat, out of the way for folding the walker.

I bought this for my elderly mother who uses her walker all the time. She first tried to balance drinks on the "seat" of her walker and spilled them frequently. Then, we bought a different type of cup holder, but it would only hold certain size cups. Then, I found this one!! She has had it for quite some time. It holds up well and adjusts for any cups size. Never had a spill. The walker also folds down with the cup holder in place. The only thing to remember is that it does make the walker a bit wider (i.e., sometimes the cup holder gets knocked against something.) It only happens in tight spaces and has never damaged it or spilled the drink! Wished they could have designed it so it came off the front or something. VERY useful!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Handy accessory, October 26, 2010

My wife loves this product and so do I because it allows her to keep both hands on the walker handles/brakes when moving around. Prior to having this attached to the walker she would use one of her hands to carry the cup/glass leading to a dangerous situation. Applying only one brake at a time to the walker causes it to spin around the stopped wheel with the operator likely losing their balance. My wife has 5 stitches in her left eyebrow to prove this fact.
The cup holder attaches easily to the walker. It folds up into a small profile when not in use while still attached to the walker. The two arms that hold a cup are adjustable making it very adaptable to different sizes.

5.0 out of 5 stars You can mount it anywhere., June 29, 2010

I love this cup holder. You can mount it anywhere on your walker thats most convenient for you. It is plastic so it might not hold a lot of weight but it will definitely hold a 20 oz mocha!!!! I was able to mount it on my walker so it doesn't interfere if I have to fold my walker to put it in my car and it doesn't get in the way if I'm trying to get through a doorway.

Get it for your beverage, It will hold most mugs and glasses. Just do not expect it to hold the big gulp or those super size coffee mugs. You'll love the extra convenience this adds to a walker. Best of all, it is foldable when not in use.

This is a great gift for one in a wheelchair or using a rollator. Although made of black plastic, it works perfectly so far and comes with a Velcro liner making it fit most metal supports. The receiver in my case really loves it!

5.0 out of 5 stars A great cupholder, June 25, 2011

After seeing the product pics, I first installed the cupholder in a similar position. Of course, that increased the effective width of the rollator, which made rolling through narrow areas more difficult. Then it occurred to me that maybe I could mount it inside the frame. Fortunately, the rubber wrap could be removed and reinstalled. So I tried it, after taking some measurements. You can see the result in pics I posted. The seat will still go up and down IF the cupholder is folded up. It works on my Hugo Elite rollator - maybe it won't on other brands. A person will simply have to check and try it.
One possible problem: folded up, it takes up about 1¼" away from the seating area.
This method of mounting won't work for everyone, obviously.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Drink Holder Ever, May 15, 2011
This review is from: NOVA Cup Holder for Rollator/Wheelchair (Health and Beauty)
I have tried several drink holders and this is the only one that really works well. It holds everything from a standard can to a 64 ounce cup securely with its adjustable fingers and can be set up so its floor is absolutely flat. It folds up out of the way when not in use. It works well with both walkers and wheelchairs. Great concept well executed.

5.0 out of 5 stars 3 years use on 2 different mobility products - GREAT!, October 5, 2009

(REAL NAME)
Walker, wheelchair, and scooter frames vary in size so ANY holder clamps may require wrapping something around the frame to increase its girth and some come with that. My Nova holder, now 3 yrs old, had little rubber pieces to put inside clamp to make it universal. For 3 yrs, it worked on my walker, which was always kept in the car and often had groceries, luggage, and boxes of books tossed on top, with NO damage to, or slippage of, the holder.

I now use a lightweight scooter to which we have attached the Nova cup holder. The original rubber pieces had adhered to the frame of the walker, so we used something else (tape perhaps) to wrap around the bar to which the clamp attaches. The holder is totally secure, even when holding a tall, metal, 25.36 ounce container in a thermal sleeve filled with ice and liquid.
