Amazon Verified Purchase
We bought this pad to go with the Nova 4200 "Cruiser" (which is excellent, by the way). Although the pad is supposed to fit the Nova 4200, the screw connections between the the pad and the seat don't allign. We solved the problem by glueing the pad to the seat -- not a problem, if you don't mind a permanent connection. I suspect the pad we received had been returned by another customer, because it arrived in a makeshift wrap, with no instructions and missing three of the four screws. I was a little surprised by this, because we've had nothing but good experiences with Amazon in the past.

When Amazon runs out of its own stock, it ships "this item" from another retailer who also stocks it. Unfortunately ... these other retailers don't realize that Nova makes more than half a dozen seat cushions for different models of the Nova rollators, and they are ALL DIFFERENT! And you get some seat cushion or the other, probably not the right one ... I had to return such a wrong cushion (the mounting screws were in the wrong place).
After I returned the one that did not fit, I waited for the cushion to come back in stock at Amazon (THEY almost always get it right!) It arrived today, and fits perfectly. The rubber is about half an inch thick. I might wish for it to be a bit thicker (hence only 4 stars), but it does soften the hard seat and makes sitting more comfortable.
It does have holes on the top which fit the tray! So you can leave the seat cushion on and still use the tray.

I purchased this pad for my father-in-law's Nova Model 4203 Walker. Whoever designed this pad certainly had no idea of the proper location for anchering it. As stated by another reviewer (4200), the holes do NOT align with either of those in the Walker's Seat. So, you're left with one of two options (other than returning it). One, you can attempt to measure those in the pad and drill new holes - hoping to get the correct positions; or two, you can simply glue it. I elected to glue it - but be careful not to place the glue too close to the existing holes in the walker seat. If you do, when attaching the seat pad and placing a little weight on it, the glue may drip out of those holes. The Seat Pad, itself, fits just fine and makes the walker much more comfortable. In fact, I don't know why Nova does just build their walkers with it in the first place - like they do with their 4202 model. If they did, at least they would know that the anchers are in the wrong location and have far too small a head to work without using washers (not included). Also, you'll need a small 'allen wrench' to remove/ancher the supplied (Hollow Set) screws. These, too, are a poor choice, as the use of phillip head screws would have been much more customer friendly.

Fast delivery
I got what I paid for. The seat is not made to support weight. I only weigh 165 pounds. I would not buy again, but this may be a good buy for some.

can't get it to stay on the rollator

Have glue on hand for installation
As stated in other reviews, the holes are located in the wrong place. I would have thought by now Nova would have caught and corrected this mistake. Who wants to glue the seat on? Read more

Great seat
After reading several reviews i was not sure the seat was going to fit the Rollator 4203, but it did. Very easy to install.
