Artisan Info: Juan Cardenas Arellano and Avencio Cardenas Arellano are natives of the state of Huancayo in Peru. Juan, born in 1952, is ten years Avencio's senior, but the two work together very well, their chemistry allowing each to perfectly complement the other. Avencio is very proud of one of his older works, "The Virgin of Guadalupe," which is on display in Mexico and has received very good reviews.
