Basically this is a compilation of 16 tracks already featured on previous Now Christmas releases, and 9 new additions:
Harry Simeone Chorale - The Little Drummer Boy Jackson 5 - Santa Claus Is Coming To Town Donny Hathaway - This Christmas Amy Grant - Breath Of Heaven Hall & Oates - Jingle Bell Rock Carrie Underwood - Do You Hear What I Hear Colbie Caillat - Misletoe Ledisi - This Christmas The Temptations - Silent Night Unless you absolutely need these songs, your money would be better spent on Now Christmas 1, 2, or 3. They cost the same and come with more music.

This is a nice compilation of Christmas songs. I'd prefer some other versions to the artists they've chosen, but it is still very enjoyable.
