I had bought a bottle of NOW apple cider vinegar a while ago, because I read that it was good for weight loss. I don't know if I lost weight while taking it, but I did notice a difference in my digestive system; I was going to the restroom a lot more frequently than before. I went to a vitamin store to buy another bottle of it, but they didn't have the same brand, so I bought a different one. NOW is much better (in my opinion) even though the other one has more grams per capsule. I'm not sure if there are any more differences, but from now on, I'll get this brand.
