Love, love, love this product!! I ordered three large cans of the product and it works wonders on my stomach. I put a teaspoon of this into my yogurts every ohter day and it works great! I'm down to my last can now and need to order more.Definitly would recomend this product if you have constipation issues. My daughter turned me onto flax meal.
