I've tired a bunch different brands of creatine over the years, for the price and effects this brand has given me, I would rate this one the highest of them all. Nothing fancy about it, but does the job nicely. I would recommend to mix it with some type of sugary drink, this makes a huge difference in strength gain and retention. Also, have tried Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) 100 Gram Bulk Powder which is another type of creatine which is supposed to have a faster absorption rate. I had a buddy take both of them together and the gains he got in the gym were insane. So far, I've had not as good but pretty darn close results. Looking to put on 30 lbs over the next year, this creatine combo is getting me there quicker than I thought.

This is the lowest priced, best valued Creatine Mono that I have found on the market. One can will last me about 2-3 months. This Creatine is a no-frills, hard-core bodybuilding supplement. I've found this brand of Creatine to give me excellent endurance when weight-lifting. So far, I've purchased 2 cans of this Creatine and will continue to purchase more supplements from this company in the future.

I bought this brand a few months ago for the first time. I usually drink it during my workouts and it works great! Just as others have written it dissolves very poorly, but the product works and is cheap! I definitely recommend it. PS: Prepare to to go to the restroom a lot, also keep in mind that if you take to much of the creatine at one time you will get the sh*ts! Hope this was helpful.
