after doing some research, I decided to buy some gaba and Piracetam. I take the gaba at night and I take the Piracetam the following morning, and I felt great! I wake up and soon after I feel totally refreshed (and I NEVER wake up feeling refreshed) I feel good, positive, and really looking forward to my day (another abnormality). I get ready for college now, and when I get on the bus, I just feel relaxed, and happy. I never feel relaxed and happy on the bus, because I always get this feeling of panic and worry about the day ahead. I'll even get panic attacks when the bus gets crowded and noisy, not lately though.

While at college, I am totaly different, I am creative, I ask questions, I talk ALL day, and I am funny! people in my class wonder what is wrong with me! haha

My brain actually feels good if you know what i mean, there is a nice physical and mental sensation going on. I've been happy (well at least happier), since I began taking Piracetam and GABA together. When I usually am around a lot of people, it makes me so uncomfortable I become physically ill. Not anymore!

I'm two weeks in and I'm still feeling fantastic. I tried taking GABA by itself in the past but it didn't make me feel this good until I added in Piracetam. I take the NOW Foods brand GABA and I also purchased the Piracetam on amazon from Piracetam Bulk Powder Heavily Discounted Multiple Quantities Available (100 grams). I don't know if this company has GABA as well and if they do I cannot speak of it's quality or effectiveness. What I do know, is that since taking this brand of Piracetam along with my GABA, life has been very good.

I have had a problem turning off my mind when it's time to go to sleep. The sleep I did get was broken and with two little ones running me ragged and working full time I average 4-6 hrs of sleep each night. I also suffer from depression but have not wanted to take prescription medication for health reasons.

This product was recommended by a co-worker and I have to say it has worked wonders for me. I take one each night and though I only get 3-5 hrs of sleep it is good quality sleep and I am not dozing at work anymore. My depression and anxiety issues have lessened dramatically and I find I am not a screaming maniac with my kids as I was when I was exhausted.

I stopped taking the GABA for a week and noticed a huge difference in my temper and anxiety. I need a t-shirt that says . . ."Have you had your GABA today"

I have since recommended it to a couple co-workers. One said she didn't notice a difference and the male said it helped him dramatically with his sleep issues.

I am very grateful for the product and how it has helped me. I highly recommend trying it out and I hope you have the same results I did.

Not much to say other then this will/should help promote relaxation for those who suffer insomnia, P.T.S.D. mild to severe Anxiety (also bad withdrawal symptoms)
Kava root is OK but it does not treat the actual problem I.E. overstimulated nerve cells, it's the "Beta Blocker for the Brain" in the sense of heart palpitations, the brain can be the same way...... overstimulated, where you feel like you cannot 'turn it off" that's where these come in. If you are not convinced this works just look at the reviews on I-Herb it is filled with a treasure trove of info on this particular product. those with epilepsy/ADD should benefit a great deal from this product, because by it's very nature it works as an anti-spasmodic(tremor)a tranquil mood stabilizer.

Word of advise: this should not be taken as a prescription "substitution"
(although with some it can be) but rather to aid bad withdrawal symptoms I.E. Benzos, Anti-Depression, Alcohol, other addictions......
however it's effects will not be the same on everyone.
This is mainly for sleep, stress, and withdrawal. You can take this earlier but the best time is usually in the mid-day or close to night the mind/body is already in a naturally relaxed state, so this is when it is most beneficial.

This is not a 'wonder supplement' by a long shot, but works much, much better then your typical Valerian extract, Kava Kava etc.. the other just give you a buzz, this makes you calm and keeps you calm most of the day 'upstairs' in the head where it counts. For 'mild' anxity/bad stress this is a life saver.

Up top effects everything else pertaining to the body not vice versa obviously the brain and spinal cord are the central hubs when it comes to nerves effecting the rest of the body, so why try anything else? this is not like the medicinal teas and weak various supplements that purport to 'clam you' for only 3 hours (if that) then you go back into highly nervous mode NO- THIS WORKS. at lest a 7-10 hour duration, even longer when taken for awhile) their are prescription drugs that don't even work as good as this, yes they are that beneficial. BTW A positive alternative to prescription drugs, also highly recommended is Tryptophan, and Min-Tran.Standard Process Min-Tran 800 T
