I don't personally use this product, but my mother in law does. It does not seem to affect negatively. If you know what this is, and this is what you want, go for it.
BEWARE: Don't get fooled by the low price. The companies that sell these will charge you a shipping charge PER ITEM, even though they all show up in the same box. (We ordered 5 bottles, all came in one box, yet shipping charge was $25+)

I wish I could return this product. The capsules are huge and I tried opening them to take them that way and they smell/taste so horrid I could not force myself to swallow it. Seriously, they smelled like mothballs and bad halitosis put together.

My doctor recommended this vitamin, but after 2 bottles, the local vitamin store was out. This online price (including shipping) is less than the local vitamin store. It arrived promptly.
