This is a wonderful product that seems to enhance circulation and reduce arthritis symptoms. I take one in the morning and one at night to treat arthritis in my hands, and it has helped so much that I am considering taking piano lessons.

I stack amino acids for various health reasons and part of the stack I take includes L-Ornithine. I prefer NOW products because they are a good grade and are priced very reasonably.
