Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 level tablespoons into at least 12 oz. of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.

This whole psyllium husk is an excellent fiber supplement for anyone who needs it. Whole husk is more effective than ground, and this large package is the best value I have found (when shipped with super saver shippping).
