This whole psyllium husk is an excellent fiber supplement for anyone who needs it. Whole husk is more effective than ground, and this large package is the best value I have found (when shipped with super saver shippping).

I'm a tightwad,so I shopped everywhere and this is the best deal I could find. This is the third one I've bought over the past three years. It stores well for months.

I mix 2-3 tbsp with a protein shake each morning for a fast filling breakfast. The package lasts me about a year and stores well. I didn't have an irregularity problem before I started taking this so I can't vouch for its effectiveness in that aspect, but it adds bulk to a shake, which helps keep me full longer with minimal extra calories.
