My family struggled with dry skin for years before we found this product. The castor oil has really improved my skin and my wife's skin. During the winter it's helped keep our hands from cracking and drying out which has been a great improvement. But now as our children are getting older and reaching around our house, we've become a little more concerned about keeping it so readily available because of its effects when ingested.
With such concerns, we've had to minimalize the use of the castor oil even though it's great and go with a safer alternative. After trial and error, we found almond oil and coconut oil (NOW Foods Sweet Almond Oil - 16 oz. + FREE 100% Cococare Coconut Oil - 4 fl oz) to offer the same results and great moisture to our skin. The combination is great and we don't have to worry about leaving it on lower counters our children can access. The same company producing the castor oil offers the product which made it an even better choice for us. We've managed to find a safe way to keep all of our skin healthier!

I use this product on my hair to promote growth. In the time that I have been using it (about 2 months), I've noticed that the thinning areas around my hairline are thickening. My hair overall is softer and more supple. I haven't used this orally, but it's great for hair!

This oil, I cannot say enough about it. It moisturizers my hair and skin very well. I do everything with it; it's my hot oil, my skin and hair lotion and I use to remove my makeup. Love it love it.
