Format:Audio CD
This is a great sample from a great decade which truly lives up to its title. It's great to see "(I've Had) The Time Of My Life" on a compilation finally so newer fans can hear the song that the Black Eyed Peas sampled recently. It's worth mentioning that "Footloose" is in its single version and "Mony Mony" is a live version. Every track made the Top Ten with several chart-toppers. My only gripe is that I think a few more tracks could have been added to utilize the entire disc length. At any rate, even if you may have these songs already, it's still great to hear them together in one collection. Newer fans will like it too. Here are the peak positions for the songs followed by the year they charted on The Billboard Hot 100.

I wouldn't want my CD collection to be without this compilation. The earliest hit, "Open Arms," by Journey, to the latest hit, "(I've Had) The Time of My Life," by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes, makes this collection unique among 80's compilations. Buy it, you'll like it. I did.

These are all hits with no filler, so this is a good 80's collection to have. It's obviously more limited since it's only one disc, but at least none of the songs are duds.

One of my favorite 80s compilation CDs
This has such an electic mix of 80s music from this wonderful genre. I keep it in my car to listen to whenever I'm out and about.

Nostalgic for the 80s
A fun album to have to remember the 80s by! 4 stars because I would have picked some additional songs to add to the album. Nonetheless, a good assortment of hits form the 80s.
