I ordered this for my niece for xmas but too many swear words in the songs so it had to be put away, I did not realize this when I bought it.

In additon to the twenty tracks already on this album, this is the first volume in the Now series to feature access to five bonus downloads. They're from Brevi, Clique Girlz, Jon McLaughlin, Tyrone Wells and The White Tie Affair. There are many familiar names on this collection but there are a few new ones here as well. Good variety as usual. Here are the chart positions of each track on the Billboard Hot 100.

Purchased this for my pre-teen, and teens. Not really a very good mix. Would not readily recommend this to others.

This music collection of Now That’s What I Call Music 29 is ideal for people who listen to a wide variety of music because of the representations from different music genres; For instance, there are the songs Closer by Neyo,Forever by Chris Brown, Disturbia by Rihanna, and When I Grow Up by the Pussycat Dolls to represent the pop/dance genre. Then there are the songs Come On Get Higher by Matt Nathanson. Thunder by Boys Like Girls, Addicted by Saving Abel to represent the rock genre. There are more terrific songs on Now 29, it was just that I was listing a sampler to illustrate why Now 29 is perfect for an eclectic music listener. I admit that I’m previously familiar with some of these songs because some of them were featured on the local radio in Norfolk Virginia (where I lived from February 2008 until April 2009).

I have been purchasing NOW CD's for several years and while every so often they put out some "better download the singles than buy the whole CD" CD's, I'm glad I got this one. This has a good collection worth buying.

Music is personal taste. Please use your own judgement. They give you an option to hear samples before you buy.

Thoughts on the tracklisting?
I honestly think that this CD is really good. I think that it has a good selection of songs and they got some current music and some old but it's good this is by far better then now 28, now 28 seemed wasted and boring, but I think NOW 29 is great and super! I think most of the songs besides the... Read More

The copy of Now 29 that I bought locally is the clean version. No swear words. I don't know if there are two versions of the Now CDs or only one.
