Great Poncho at a Great Price,

What can I say other than it does its job. The NRA Poncho is fairly lightweight and plenty big. I purchased it for an upcoming bike/hike/camping trip and wanted something just in case but I didn't want it to be too heavy so a standard rain jacket was out. This poncho is thin but not cheap, big but not bulky and in a pinch it can be turned into a makeshift shelter. The side are snapped together and when you undo those snaps it turns into a 50" x 80" tarp (just cinch the hood up and tuck it away to reduce the opening). Perfect for a quick bike cover or tie off the ends with some string running two ends to trees and the other two to stakes in the ground and you've got a quick little shelter. And it's very inexpensive compared to other lightweight pack ponchos (in some cases 1/8th the price).
I recommend this product.

Haven't tried this poncho in the rain yet, but quality seems good. Rectangular shape. Pouch pocket on the front. Comes down to my knees, so it's plenty long. But my forearms are not covered. 6 plastic snaps, 3 on each side. Zippers seem pretty good. Looks like all seams are sealed. I think it will fit over my pack and big cameras fine. Weight is 12.3 ounces.
I believe the Stormtech Poncho (PCX-1) is about 9.0 ounces, so this poncho is slightly heavier. Another alternative, the Frogg Toggs DriDucks poncho is about 9 ounces I think, and made from breathable material, but that may not matter for a poncho. Not sure how they compare in length.

Item delivered on time and in new condition. Costs a little more but very well made and long enough for good coverage. Would order again. A++++.

Very well made pancho! Tightly woven very fine fabric. Impressive QUALITY looks like it's made to last a long time. It is durable and breathes. I'm glad I bought this.
To Review by Erick Acuna "Emau08" (Costa Rica, CA) It is a big pancho and required a big box! ENVIRONMENTAL EXTREEMISTS like you are why people and businesses are leaving our state. I'm ashamed to be from California.

I think the Poncho is simply awesome as well anything you can buy here from amazon.com or some of it sellers but I want to focus in something else. How a 1.76oz Poncho can be packed in a big cardboard box with more cardboard paper inside it that almost completes 1 pound or more a guess; ok lets review from 1.76oz to 1 pound that is to much rapping and no environmental consciense at all...

Although I didn't use the product, it is made well and I like the color and feel that it was worth the money spent.
