With more than 1,000 viruses and worms being unleashed over the internet every day, anyone who has important documents, data or content on their PC needs to carry out some type of regular backup and disaster recovery program. Having used more than six different programs over the past five years we have found that Backup NOW! is one of the easiest to use and most versatile products we have found for our small business network and notebook computers. It really is two backup/recovery products in one package. Now we duplicate and backup our complete server and user systems every three months and do weekly and daily incremental backup. We've only had one near disaster with a worm infestation on one of our systems and were able to quickly recover all of the data. But the software really shows its value when people accidentally delete (rather than save) files they are working on. They don't have to start from scratch because BackupNOW! lets them bring back the specific file to the state it was the evening before. If your office is like ours and running on adreneline that feature alone is worth 3x the cost of the product. We like the fact that BackupNOW! saves to so many different types of media. On the office network we use DVD-RW because we can overwrite a thousand times and can randomly access the disc for recovery. On our notebooks we save to CD-R because the media works anywhere and costs almost nothing. But best of all the software simply works the way we like to work. That's one less thing we have to worry about in our business !

I tested this software and it works fine at Windows 2000, XP Pro, & 2000 Advance Server versions.

It very simple to use, only 3 choices --
1. Back up the current system to CDs / DVDs. You can't back up the boot system in other media like external / internal hard drive.
2. Back up another partition (non-system partition) to other drives / medias.
3. Restore the image.

It's fast. I installed 2 O/S in my computer and run backup each other to another internal hard drives.

Zero stars for this company's products! I was sold a product direct from them that was incompatible. I have spent hours in arguments over refunds, etc. Sales reps and Cust Sevr untrained. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR COMPANY/PRODUCT! BEWARE.
