I much prefer Lansinoh nursing pads.
Alexa
If you have normal to heavy leakage I would not recommend because these pads will more than likely not absorb very much.
Pandar
If I wear these at night, when I leak more, I wake up in a puddle of milk and a soaked sleep bra.

These are without question the best pads I've found. I've tried Lansinoh, Evenflo, Medela, Johnson & Johnson and others, and these are by far the best. They are slim yet protective, and are ideal for women who experience minimal or moderate leaks, but want the assurance of some layer of protection. They're also perfect for leaks in the late stages of pregnancy. I've used these pads exclusively since a few weeks after my baby was born, and now in month 7 I remain convinced these are the best. Because they are compact in size it's easy and convenient to keep a week's supply in a diaper bag or even in a purse or work bag--some other pads are so bulky they take up a lot of space. And the slim profile of these pads means they don't show through my bra or shirt, unlike others that make you look (and feel) like you have a maxi-pad in your bra. For women who do experience more leaks, I'd still recommend these, but just to change the pad when it becomes damp. They're economical enough that you can buy a large supply, and as long as you're going to change any pad as soon as it's damp anyway, why not go with a more economical option? Just make sure to wear them with the correct side facing your breast (stars pattern facing out); I expect people who experience leaks are probably putting them in backwards with the moisture barrier facing the breast rather than the bra.

So, for me, I liked the thin pads once my supply was established and I had been nursing awhile. So I started using them after about 6 months (around the time they start eating solid food and drinking a little less). By that time I was leaking very little and didn't need the super absorbent pads anymore. But that is key, these are the equivalent of a panty liner. You don't use a panty liner during the heavy part of your period and you don't use these when your leaking a lot (there are others that are a little thicker, and are absorbent like a pad). So if you keep in mind that this is for little leaks then you will be fine.

these are so thin and have a wide circumference. they don't show under my shirt and since they don't have adhesive backing, they move with my chest, preventing leaks.

These are my favorite nursing pads. They are thin and don't show any creases, etc. Works great for leaking. We love these.

There aren't too many nursing pads to choose from, and after trying quite a few, I settled on these because they are thin and discreet and don't add bulk to my already bountiful chest.
These are good for light leaking- I never needed heavy duty absorbency but these probably can't hold much.
They hold up very well- in fact, I wear the same one (!) all day. (Basically I only leak when I am nursing, on the opposite side, so I switch it back and forth all day and throw it out at night.)
One annoying problem is since the pad isn't curved, it sometimes creases and can show through a thin top. After a while it settles down to fit the shape of the breast.

These nursing pads are fabulous. They are exactly as advertised -- for light absorbency. If you change the pad at each feeding and wear the proper size bra (not too big), this product is just what you need. I don't use the adhesive tabs anyhow. For all day protection, choose one of the pricier options. But for in-home day-to-day use, these are great.

I've tried all the disposable pads and these work best. Why?

1. They are super thin, so you forget you're wearing them.
2. They hold a ton, without leaks.
3. They wick moisture away, so you stay dry.
4. They cover a large area, so even while sleeping, they are unlikely to shift out of place.
5. You get the most quantity for the price. Who wants to try to make these last? It's nice to keep changing them without seeing dollar signs.

They were delayed in shipping. They were sent On-Trac, and they always have a hard time accessing our building. Even with Prime, it took about a week.

I ran out, so I went to Target as a last resort to pick up a box... and they were 50 cents cheaper anyway!

Price compare, but stick with this product. I'm loyal.

I was looking for thinner pads than the Lansinoh pads I bought at Babies R Us and these are perfect! I've bought a few packages to make sure I have enough when baby comes. I'm leaking but not a whole lot so these are perfect. They aren't itchy and I can't feel them in my bra. They don't move inside my bra so don't worry about them falling out. I'm telling all of my friends about them.
