I much prefer Lansinoh nursing pads.

If you have normal to heavy leakage I would not recommend because these pads will more than likely not absorb very much.
Pandar
If I wear these at night, when I leak more, I wake up in a puddle of milk and a soaked sleep bra.

These are without question the best pads I've found. I've tried Lansinoh, Evenflo, Medela, Johnson & Johnson and others, and these are by far the best. They are slim yet protective, and are ideal for women who experience minimal or moderate leaks, but want the assurance of some layer of protection. They're also perfect for leaks in the late stages of pregnancy. I've used these pads exclusively since a few weeks after my baby was born, and now in month 7 I remain convinced these are the best. Because they are compact in size it's easy and convenient to keep a week's supply in a diaper bag or even in a purse or work bag--some other pads are so bulky they take up a lot of space. And the slim profile of these pads means they don't show through my bra or shirt, unlike others that make you look (and feel) like you have a maxi-pad in your bra. For women who do experience more leaks, I'd still recommend these, but just to change the pad when it becomes damp. They're economical enough that you can buy a large supply, and as long as you're going to change any pad as soon as it's damp anyway, why not go with a more economical option? Just make sure to wear them with the correct side facing your breast (stars pattern facing out); I expect people who experience leaks are probably putting them in backwards with the moisture barrier facing the breast rather than the bra.

There aren't too many nursing pads to choose from, and after trying quite a few, I settled on these because they are thin and discreet and don't add bulk to my already bountiful chest.
These are good for light leaking- I never needed heavy duty absorbency but these probably can't hold much.
They hold up very well- in fact, I wear the same one (!) all day. (Basically I only leak when I am nursing, on the opposite side, so I switch it back and forth all day and throw it out at night.)
One annoying problem is since the pad isn't curved, it sometimes creases and can show through a thin top. After a while it settles down to fit the shape of the breast.

So, for me, I liked the thin pads once my supply was established and I had been nursing awhile. So I started using them after about 6 months (around the time they start eating solid food and drinking a little less). By that time I was leaking very little and didn't need the super absorbent pads anymore. But that is key, these are the equivalent of a panty liner. You don't use a panty liner during the heavy part of your period and you don't use these when your leaking a lot (there are others that are a little thicker, and are absorbent like a pad). So if you keep in mind that this is for little leaks then you will be fine.

these are so thin and have a wide circumference. they don't show under my shirt and since they don't have adhesive backing, they move with my chest, preventing leaks.

These are my favorite nursing pads. They are thin and don't show any creases, etc. Works great for leaking. We love these.

These nursing pads are fabulous. They are exactly as advertised -- for light absorbency. If you change the pad at each feeding and wear the proper size bra (not too big), this product is just what you need. I don't use the adhesive tabs anyhow. For all day protection, choose one of the pricier options. But for in-home day-to-day use, these are great.

I don't know why others have had problems with leaks. I have used these almost exclusively, save for the few other brand pads I received from friends when they no longer needed nursing pads and had 1/2 a box left. I am in my 2nd month of using them... for the 3rd time. I have a VERY strong letdown, and I leak profusely for months and months (7-9), and I have never had these fail, even on days that I pull them out and they are VERY full, no leaks.

Some of the things I like about these vs the others include that they are not like a "diaper", all papery and actually noisy when trying to be discreet while nursing; they are very soft and don't stick like others do; they don't show through clothing as much; no extra packaging to deal with (not individually wrapped).

The only thing I don't like, or perhaps the one thing I wish was different is maybe a bigger difference in the 2 sides. Color and/or texture. In the dark or when I am in public and not paying as much attention to which way the pad is facing, it is hard to get them in the right way the first time.

I am actually quite shocked to see so many reviews saying they leaked, and thought maybe they are using them backwards (like I said, easy to confuse), but many say they are using them right. I myself have had zero problems with them and plan to use them until I stop leaking in another 6-7 months.

The Nuk Ultra-Thin nursing pads are definitely the thinnest ones I've come across, and I LOVE THEM! This is the 3rd time around nursing for me, and these are one of the best. I nursed my first child for 15 months and my second for 25 months. In the first few weeks of nursing, I did need the "maxi-pad" thicker brands, but now (month 5 for third child) my milk and baby schedule are more regulated and these Gerber-Nuk Ultra-Thin pads are perfect. They're discreet and absorb just enough. (But, these may not be for you if you leak a lot or don't remember to change your pads more frequently. I don't like the "maxi-pad" type of nursing pads -- Personally, I'd rather have the thin ones and change a couple of times rather than wearing a "maxi-pad" in my bra filed with leaked-milk!!) Very happy with them and great value.
