Delivered as expected, no issues with the purchase or shipping. I started taking this vitamin/mineral about 4 months ago and have never felt better. I am 36 years old and as the years go by PMS gets worse and worse. After about 3 weeks of taking this supplement I get less cramps, less mood swings and just feel better. I suffer from PCOS so I've never had a normal cycle. Highly recommended!

This is great for menopause--I quit hormones because of the reports about the link to breast cancer. All I take is Lydia Pinkham.
