This product was very gentle on my system. There were no mad dashes to the restroom. It took about a week of taking two capsules a day before I noticed a change in texture and the frequency of my bowel movements. It has become common for me to "go" 2-3 times per day. I have been trying to drink around 6 glasses of water a day to help with the cleansing process. I'm almost finished with my first bottle and I have probably lost around 7 pounds. I decided to do this flushing because I was having such terrible gas! I mean terrible odor, I hated being around myself let alone going out in public. A friend suggested that all the preservatives that are in so many foods get trapped in our digestive system and eventually turn into potent gases. I can vouch that these noxious gases that were lingering in the mess of backed up preservatives have been eliminated as I have been pleasantly gas free for about 3 weeks now. I am careful about the foods I put back into my clean system. Holistic practioners say that most diseases or sicknesses originate in the colon and they stress the importance of keeping it clean. I'm not sure about how much of the good bacteria is also being flushed out so you might want to include a good pro-biotic yogurt in your diet. I can confidently recommend this product.

Over what seems like forever, after trying multiple colon cleanse products, reading the disclaimers and cautions, researching the ingredients, I am convinced this is the safest product out there that accomplishes what I want. Nutra Flush pro has a nice, subtle effect on the body; moving food and toxins through the system quickly to absorb less calories, improve wellness, remove waste and help slim you down.
