wonderful product, works great. No excessive running to the bathroom like other products I've tried. I used it for 1 1/2 months and I am back here to purchase again. I feel healthier and I substitute more water in my diet to help the effects of this product, which cut some of the soda I use to drink out, Yay! My stomach is flatter, I feel soooo much more energized overall. Completely worth it!! Shipping time was pretty good too!

I've been on this product for almost three weeks so far. I find it works well when I take it at night before bed on an empty stomach. The nice thing is unlike many fiber powders, with this product there is no awful aftertaste and you don't have to drink gallons of water for it to work. It has helped me become more regular and I now feel I have much more energy.

This is so much easier to stomach than fiber powders. I've been taking fiber supplements for a while now to the tune of nearly every night and let me just say that choking down those powders every night is not fun. I've been looking for another way and after trying Nutraflush, I'm never going back to powders again. I take 4 capsules each night before bed with a glass of water and when I wake up 8 hours later, I have a nice bowel movement waiting for me. Some may think I'm a little weird for writing this but try these and then when you have that lovely empty feeling in the morning, tell me that doesn't make you feel better lol.
