wonderful product, works great. No excessive running to the bathroom like other products I've tried. I used it for 1 1/2 months and I am back here to purchase again. I feel healthier and I substitute more water in my diet to help the effects of this product, which cut some of the soda I use to drink out, Yay! My stomach is flatter, I feel soooo much more energized overall. Completely worth it!! Shipping time was pretty good too!

Having irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)for years and getting constipation as a result of it. For years I would switch between different fiber powders trying to find something that was tolerable to use on a daily basis. Finally I gave up. The fiber drink mixes either have too much sugar or are just plain difficult to drink. These pills are a wonderful supplement to any daily diet. None of us take in nearly enough fiber in our diet plus there aren't any side effects with this product. I have been able to lose 12 lbs in the past month from just adding this supplement to my diet. With that being said, I am very happy with these results. In fact, for the first time in a long time, I have actually been able to avoid flare-ups for the past 3 weeks which is a great relief to me.

Wow, if you think that you're regular now, you really have no idea what regular is until you try this stuff. Once I began taking this stuff, I was able to produce 3-4 bowel movements per day. The best thing is that they came out easy and without none of the pain I was used to. It was almost a religious experience to it. After taking this stuff I feel so much better. I used to get horrible body odor no matter how well I would shower and my skin would always break out in hives. I never really knew why but no since taking this product, my skin has cleared up, I am more energetic and sleep better wake up more well-rested than ever. I've even lost a decent amount of weight (18 pounds), as well. Other than taking this product, I haven't really changed anything else in my diet but I've had all these changes, I had no idea how effective a colon cleanse could be.
