I've been researching and using holistic remedies for over 30 years, and I was very happy to come upon this product, as it is a wonderfully supportive blend and potency of herbs, mushrooms, and supplements. I take it at the first signs of immune system imbalance or depressed resistance, and especially if I am around others that are beginning to show, or already have symptoms of a cold or flu. If I am not feeling well, it helps "kick it out" of my system, and I have escaped many contagious viruses when I stay on top of taking the recommended dosage, which is to take 1 tablet 3 times daily for a minimum of 15 days.

Amazon offers a great price too. I have been an Amazon customer for many many years, and although I would like to leave more reviews, but don't take the time to do so, I am ALWAYS pleased with the discounts and 5-star service.

My husband and I have been using this product for years. Whether you are already sick or trying to avoid getting sick, you feel it working right away!

My girls and I have been using DefensePlus for years.
While this works for shortening the duration of being sick it will also boost your system if others are sick around you. I keep telling my coworkers to take it and they don't. They get the "bugs" and I'm fine. Buying a couple bottles today to keep at work, I think I've convinced a couple of them.

GSE (grapefruit seed extract), specifically the product made by Nutribiotic is another great product. I don't use it myself due to the flavor but I do use drops in water bottles of our caged pets. We have had significantly less respiratory issues.

I travel to exotic places often for work and leisure, and historically I've had stomach problems 9 out of 10 times when in Mexico, Asia, India, etc. However, when I started bringing along NutraBiotic, I can honestly say I have not had one case of food poisoning, stomach sickness, or any other G.I. issues. I take one tablet with each meal, never missing one, and one before bedtime. I can attest that this product works for me.

I have been taking Defense Plus for 4 or more years. During this time I have given it for Christmas gifts. The gift of better health is important for all my loved ones and I am thrilled to be able to share. This is something that everyone loves to receive. Really great stuff.

This product really works. Help for viral infections when a prescription doesnt work. Good for food poisoning and diarrhea. Take it when you travel.

The first time I took this product, I was coming down with a definite cold. I was really beginning to feel bad. I went to our local health food store and purchased this product. Within one hour I felt completely better! It was amazing. I now take it every time I feel threatened with a virus...either from another sick person or myself feeling sick. It really zaps it. I highly recommend this product.

Over the winter of 2011-12 I had a sinus infection that lasted around 3 months. My glands were the size of grapes all the time, constantly congested and sleeping around 15 hours a day - no way to live.

My ENT put me on a slew of antibiotics - biaxin, then something else I can't remember offhand, then Avelox - which is extremely strong . None of these were completely effective and the infection just kept coming back even stronger. She also gave me patanase and omnaris - which are allergy and steroid sprays, and also singulair for allergies.

I used this stuff 2x a day for 2 weeks, I'm a pretty large guy so I figured why not double the dose. Anyway, after about 2 to 3 days on this, in combination with the nutribiotic nasal spray plus NUTRIBIOTIC Nasal Spray Plus, 1 oz.. I had felt around 100x better.

I still use it from time to when feeling lousy, but mostly just the nasal spray. I haven't taken any allergy meds this spring, and feel fine and uncongested. I don't take any of the allergy / steroid sprays anymore and I feel better than I have in years.

Originally I was taking Grapefruit Seed Extract for any conditions such as colds, acne, urinary tract infections and to my cats in their food when they start to get colds. Then one day I ran across this and figured to give it a try. Works excellent!! I even take it for hangovers which I feel seems to help. It also cuts down on doctor visits. My boyfriend takes it too anytime he starts to feel sick. Now I'm getting a bottle for my dad. I love this stuff!!

Couldn't find this at my local stores and didn't want to run all over town. Found that it was cheaper on Amazon (yeah!) and delivery was quick. I've used this product for years, I take it daily when traveling and if I start feeling a cold coming on. I think it helps and very happy to have found a good place to source it.
