I received this video card as a gift a couple months ago (upgraded from a Radeon 6870). This is my first experience with a GeForce card, and while the (GeForce) experience(!sorry, I had to) started a bit rough, I'm now thoroughly impressed.
Pros: -Awesome power. This thing makes everything just pop graphically, and frame rates are butter-smooth. This beast is hampered by my CPU - it's like an eager dog, yanking at the chains that are the CPU (Core 2 Quad @ 3.2).
-Great connection options. HDMI works great, and audio over HDMI makes it a snap to connect to an HDTV or receiver.
Cons?
-It is pretty long - I have a standard-size case (Cooler Master CM 690) and the cabling is a little cramped by the drives. It's not any worse than my previous 6870 though, so this is more of a notice to you than a knock on the card.
-Maybe a little loud? That's a nitpick, though.
The biggest issue I've had was the repair/replacement program. The problem started because I was trying to use 2 screens. I have an old LCD that requires VGA input, and an HDTV hooked up via HDMI. The problem was that the screen would lock up for 1-2 seconds, go black for 2-3 seconds, and come back on; apparently the video drivers would crash. It was impossible to nail down what was wrong - not thermal, no RAM issues, no problems like this until the new video card was installed. Instead of going through Amazon with the return, I went through Zotac & made a warranty claim. Looking back on the experience, I have to admit that, overall, it was good - Zotac was helpful, and I got a new card that doesn't crash at all.Read more ›

Card arrived quickly and worked as soon as I installed it.
I have never purchased from Zotac before, but I'm glad that I gave them a chance.
For the same price as other 2GB cards, I was able to get this 4GB card in the blower style I needed for my HTPC case. The extra RAM might not make a performance difference with only one card, but it was a minimal added cost.
I did have to email a copy of my invoice to Zotac support to activate the third year of the warranty, but the process was quick and painless.

this card plays bf4 on ultra settings with a amd fx 6300@ 3.5 ghz, with fps at 55-70 on 64 player maps, ect, depending on how intensed the map is. the only con is you still get the occasional dips in fps,but that's the problem with the game itself. also,i noticed other complained about the fan having a metal to metal scraping sound to it. but, i haven't had that problem,so i can't speak on that!
UPDATE: i forgot to mention im now running windows 8.1,with this version of windows im running everything maxxed settings, with a 1440x900 resolutions, and i'm getting 65-100+. the first review was running windows 7,which now i see is defintley not compatible with battlefield 4. but still, the card is running flawless and battlefield 4 looks GORGEOUS on all ultra maxxed settings!
