Tray is very sleek and attractive. Handles are nice and low so that they do not interfere with dishes placed on tray. The cord is a quite short but that is probably a safety feature. It would impossible to use without an extension cord unless it is sitting on a kitchen counter top. It is exactly what we needed.

All I can say is that my niece loves the warming tray. I don't know how much she's used it, but she hasn't complained at all about her Christmas gift. (But, of course, she wouldn't, would she?)

I guess I will find out how it holds up, and how she likes it, when I'm invited over for Thanksgiving dinner. (That, and Christmas, is the only time I'm invited over. Poor me.)
