This system -- NX-1000 actually -- is a very affordable system but has everything you need. You get SEVEN window/door alarms plus 2 motion detectors and the console with remotes. Everything worked great, and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. Customer service of ITL Security also responds to your questions very promptly. I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything worked.

The system worked well for about 4 months and then the control panel would not read the wireless signal of any of my door/window contacts. The owner, whose name is Ian was somewhat non-responsive and claimed he was out of the country, (yet he answered my email from out of the country). So after a few times of repeating what the system did and didn't do, and him asking me twice if I had replaced the batteries in the door/window contacts, and telling him that the batteries were replaced...I finally felt like he should replace the control panel that was still under warranty. I never could get him to acknowledge my request for a replacement. I finally bought another used control panel from Ebay and emailed him to let him know. This whole thing had been going on for too long and I just couldn't risk the safety of my family any longer. After I emailed him to tell him that I found another control panel he offered to give me 6 door window contacts for my aggrevation. He still has not offered any recourse for an obvious defective control panel. I cannot recommend this seller. Find this same system on Ebay and make sure it isn't from ITL security.

I bought this system from Ebay. The control panel was defective, no phone support, only email. seller sent a replacement that i had to pay the return shipping cost for. The replacement control panel was also defective. I emailed support asking two different questions and his response was put in 4 words. he didn't even answer my other question. needless to say the seller did not even express ship the replacement since it takes 8 days for priority mail. Seller was somewhat unresponsive in emails at first. I will be buying my alarm accessories from someone who values customers instead of trying not to work with them. Oh...I left him negative feedback on Ebay because I felt it was deserved as he did not exactly care about the problem. His reply was that i was irrational and that they have a right to not deal with irrational customers. Whelp, there goes my warranty too i guess. I regret spending $160+ on this item. please be very careful when buying from this seller as the alarm is nice (when it works) but support and customer service is horrible.

Product of excellent quality and functional, easy handling and installation. I'm sure have done a good investment choice. I can see everything that happens in my business from anywhere online, plus the ability to record time that I can accumulate.

Great company to work with, was very knowledgeable, instructions were clear and I was able to set up a complete home security system in just hours. I had a few questions after the install and they were prompt with their responses. They even sent a replacement door sensor without any questions. I thoroughly recommend them, product is great, customer service is fantastic!

I bought this item several weeks ago and have truly enjoyed it.

Its cost effective and easy to install. You do have to read the instructions but that's common for most items.

I had a few questions and the seller was very quick to respond and offer help. He called back quickly with support.

My family and home is now safer than ever.
