Onyx amps include a remote subwoofer level control.

Two Channel or Bridged Mode
Run in two-channel mode for 1000 x 2 peak power at 2 ohms (500 Watts x 2 at 4 ohms) or bridge to your sub for a whopping 2000 Watts peak.

Trimode Operation
This allows you to send your signal to a tri-way crossover for adding a subwoofer to a two-channel amp.

Remote Subwoofer Level Control
Onyx amps include a remote subwoofer level control. If you're using it to power a sub, you'll be able to quickly make level adjustments.

Line/Speaker Level Inputs
Separate line and speaker level inputs mean the Onyx can handle high-level signals from receivers lacking RCA outputs.

Built-In Crossovers
This amplifier features variable high- and low-pass crossovers, so you can adjust the sound to suit whatever speakers you're driving.

Variable Gain Controls
Allows you to match the input gain to your receiver for better sound with less distortion.

MOSFET Power Supply
For high performance with low heat.

Bass Boost
Add a little extra low-end power with 0 to +18dB of variable bass boost.

Power and Protection LEDs
Protection LEDs let you know when there's a problem.

I hooked this amp to two Pyle 1200 watt subs (also from amazon.com) and the system hits real hard. I have had no problems with overheating or blowing fuses. Overall, this is a really good amp

These output some amazing power. They power both d10f's in my 3000gt. They sound great and don't dim my lights. And this amp was on sale for just 68$USD and well, I have zero complaints. They kick and kick well. Cost to performance ratio receives a perfect score. Hopefully I'll post some pictures later of the 3000gt with the subs and amp installed to the custom box.

I hate to be a hater but this amp replaced my Lanzar Viberant 286 4000 watt amp that's now discontinued...hmmmm..don't know why, it rocked so hard. The Lanzar took a dump after 9 months and I was looking forward to this Boss amp after all the positive reviews and after being installed by my genius homeboy a channel blew off of 2 ohms..Now I'm clueless on car amp specs but know I wasn't pushing it hard at all actually adjusting it to find a loud sound and these are connected to two 2400 watt Boss Phantom subs that could easily handle the wattage and am stumped at went wrong..Could I have gotten a bad amp..?...Anyways this amp was nothing I mean nothing to that Lanzar amp and sat in the corner and sobbed at the crappy bass it was putting out..Instead of trashing it my boy is buying this amp and will have his cousin fix the channel..I'm aware that there is a big difference between 4000 watts and 2000 watts but this hit nothing like folks say it does..Probably got a bad one..going after a Lanzar DCT425 4000 watt now since two of my buddies have one and there's are still cranking hard and they have competition cars..Oh and the seperate bass control knob really didn't work as adjustable it was either on or off no added gain when turned..I now have just one Phantom rocking while I wait for arrival of the Lanzar amp..I'm fully aware of the half and half mixed reviews on the Lanzar name but am taking another chance since I guess I have money to burn searching for that thunderous bass I once had..Just my opinion since I know reviews are everything..thanks

Blew my sony xplode 1200w so I replaced with this and its maybe a notch down but satisfying. I really like its wiring harness set up, came with its own allen wrenches for setting wires in slots. Its now glass shattering and i cant feel it in my chest but its plenty for an old guy like me.
