This flimsy contraption was a waste of money. It was the perfect measured fit and yet I couldn't pull a simple 10lb weight without it loosening up and shifting. The padding is cheap and looks like a 7 year old stitched it all together. I took it to the gym with me, used it for 5 minutes, and threw it in the trash. I wish I kept the packaging so I could have sent it back.

Absolute garbage

Very hard to find but it works pretty good I take it to the gym and use it with the cable machine (low and high cable) you have to get the right size and if you're running the weight up it has to be on tight. I gave it a 5 star cause its in a class by it self and it does work pretty good, it will move though I've used up to 40 lbs. on the rear and 35 on the front for reps and it loosens alittle. If you have a bad neck and you want to add some strenght to your neck this is a good piece of equipment!
