One of the finest examples of neo-traditional West African music, this CD retains the traditional vibe while adding superior production. It is also one of the funkiest CDs you will hear. This CD features some of the finest playing of traditional instruments you will hear. Ms. Diakite is another Malian diva, proving once again Mali is a motherlode of talent.
A definite desert island pick.
