My husband loves Chips Ahoy! Chocolate Chip Cookies. I order them online because I cannot get to the store very often. I have ordered this quantity three times now (four 12-oz. packages in each box). Each time I expect them to arrive to my house undamaged. When I open the packages, it is as if someone played soccer with the box before sending it to us. My husband and I are very disappointed at the condition of the cookies. I don't know that I would order them again through Amazon unless they can assure me they will be packaged more carefully.
