The glasses look great and have a wonderful, solid, feel to them. Unfortunately, they weren't so solid as to make it through the shipping process. They came with one measly A4 letter-sized sheet of bubble wrap to cushion them on their shipping route. I'm having them replaced and hoping they come in unbroken this time around.
Giving five stars for the glasses: they're wonderful. The packaging, however, sucks; be prepared to return them, as another reviewer has had the same issue.

Glasses were great but you would think after every shipment arrived broken they would use better packing. Had to return and get another shipment which arrived properly packaged.

The glasses look and feel very good. I couldn't believe the first packages had NO packing materials at all. Only the thin cardboard box. The glasses were all broken. Replacements arrived in one day and were properly packaged.
