My husband has been using this for about 2 years now. It appears that the outgrowth is clean and not affected by fungus at all, so that's good. Maybe his nail growth is slow, but the process hasn't been as fast as we'd like. I'm not sure if that's because of the product, though, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars. The fact that there's any clean growth at all is good news for us!
