I initially ordered three bar stools. When they arrived, they were well packaged and damage free. They were easy to put together with clear instructions. They are a great new addition to our bar in our new house. After putting the three in place, I realized I could fit a fourth stool. I ordered another stool. A couple of days later, I observed that the price had been lowered. I contacted the seller and quickly received a response that they would credit me the difference back. Within a couple of hours, I received an e-mail from Amazon confirming I had been credited back the difference. I could not be happier with the product and customer service from this seller. I was able to outfit our bar in a new high end home with quality hardwood and leather bar stools that fit the quality and appeal of our home for less than half the price of similar products I could find through Costco and other suppliers. Highly recommended.
