I am trying to grow my nails off instead of soaking them. I picked at them last night and got quite a bit off, and applied Formula A to the whole nail (so the artifical part wouldn't look polished). Woke up this morning, and it's almost like I never had acrylics! Pretty amazing so far, and it's only been 1 day! (By the way, a big thank you to my nail tech for recommending this stuff!)

I've used this product line since 1994 when my friend (who was also a cosmetologist) told me about it. Back then, it was hard to find and a best kept secret.

Within one week of using the formulas along with the oil treatment, I noticed a huge difference. I didn't have to pay for acrylics anymore (before...my nails bent, broke, chipped, peeled, had ridges and bad cuticles)....using this stuff got my nails just as long, just as hard and just as smooth as acrylics..and in no time. I get so many compliments on them. Now, I only have to go to the salon to get my polish changed.

The products are expensive for what little amount you get - but it lasts because as time goes on you don't have to use it so frequently. Nailtiques is worth the money. I really recommend it, especially if you're tired of destroying your nails with acrylics, spending the $20 every 2 wks for fills, or just want healthy, pretty nails. That's probably why nail salons don't advertise this stuff, you won't need to keep going back for maintenance - the money you'll save, you can spend on a facial or massage... :o)

I'd gotten my aftificial nails removed(after having them for about a year) and my nails were thin, brittle cracked and peeling. My co-worker told me to try Nailtiques because it worked for her. I saw that her nails looked strong, so I picked up the 2 step nail treatment kit.-----I am very impressed!---It's been about a month and my nails are strong and healthy. I started to see improvement in about 7 days, but now my nails are absolutely beautiful!

It's worth every penny!

I have been using the nailtiques products since about 1997 also. I too was in with the craze to have acrylic nails. Being a nurse though and with the new legislature that nurses couldn't wear these because of fungal reasons, infection control reasons and injury I had to remove them. Another co-worker (nurse) told me about nailtiques. I started using the product and noticed immediately the change in my nails. We all like instant gratification. I have continued to use the protein formula 2 all these years. I have recommended this product to many nurses along the way. It is pricey but if you think of the maintenance of the acrylics it is well worth it. And as stated before, after a certain amount of time you don't need as much product for maintenance as when you first start out repairing your nails. It is something I do for me. I love the comments I get about my nails. Wonderful product.

As a wearer of artificial nails for 16 years my nails were really damaged and I could never get my nails to grow, but after using this kit WOW!!!!!! My nails are growing and are strong and are really getting healthier and repaired because of this kit. Thank you so much for a great product and after I am finished with the kit I will continue to use the product line for strong, healthy nails.

I wore acrylic nails for 10 years straight. I used this product according to the directions and once I finished the proscribed routine, my nails were back to normal. After I used this kit, I started to use the Formula 2 for about 3 weeks. By then, my nails were long and strong. When I got them manicured, people thought they were coated with acrylic. My nails were strong, healthy and I receive compliments all the time. This product is well worth the money - it really works!!

Great products!!! I have never had a great product as this one!! It works great!!

I am still on step one of the two step system. My nails were so fragile after wearing acrylics that I couldn't even file them.

within a week I could see a difference. I'm starting step two today with great expectations.

I have to say I would be surprised for someone to get any results in one day. I have been using this product for over a month and still nothing. I am hopeful that it will get better, but most people said I should expect some good results in 3-4 weeks. So far no difference and my nails aren't int hat bad of shape. My nails are still completely brittle and constantly breaking. Fingers crossed that they get stronger soon.

I have worn artificial (solar) nails for over 15 years, straight. I've decided to discontinue using them, and of course have very damaged nail beds. So far, this product is proving to be exactly as advertised. I've been pleased with the results. It's going a little more slowly than I had wanted, but that's because I have zero patience.
