I have two problems: upper lip fuzz and very sensitive skin. Unlike the "regular" Nair facial hair remover, this feels cool and soothing on my skin and it does remove the fuzz. It also smells good, unlike the usual Nair chemical odor.

this is one of the best hair remover creams that I have tried! It works fast (5 min), and pain-free. So long waxing!

Not bad item. Doesn't smell as bad as Nair usually does and didn't burn skin as bad either. Can only leave on at most for 5 minutes! My skin is very sensitive!

I would give this product 0 stars if I could. After following the directions on the box and waiting for the recommended time period, I noticed that the product did not remove any hair in the majority of the covered area. Worse, in the area where some hair was removed, the product caused deep red wounds over the removed hair follicles.

While it's possible I got a defective tube, I don't have unusually sensitive skin. Consider this possibility before using this on yourself.

I was skeptical after reading some reviews that said the individuals had experienced a lot of redness, pain, and bumps. I have sensitive skin, so I was worried I would get bumps and that it would burn alot. However, it really worked great! No bumps, and minimal pain. I left it on for longer than you are supposed to and I couldn't even feel it, but all the fuzz is gone! It smells good too. Definitely recommend.

I just used this product a few hours ago, and it worked for me! I have to say though, about 10 minutes after I took off the product from my cheeks and chin, my skin was extremely red and it burned. I was totally freaked out, thinking: What have I done! When will this heal, if ever?! I do have pretty sensitive skin, but I also have acne-prone skin that I have been using prescription cream on. So, needless to say, I was hesitant to put Nair over the same area that I put my acne cream on, but I was fed up with the unsightly hair on my face and decided to do it anyways. I have very light skin, with soft light hair on my face. The Nair cream definitely worked to remove all the hair. Just apply the product, leave on for about 5 minutes, and remove with a napkin or towel. Then I washed my face with warm water and used Cetaphil as a face wash. Then I put on Burt's Bees acne face moisturizer. The redness/blotchiness lasted for about 2 hours and then it went away.

Now I don't want anyone to think that I am a female werewolf because I ordered this. I do not bay at the full moon, nor would it take a silver bullet to put me to an eternal rest. Just so you fully understand me. I ordered this Nair Sensitive Formula Face Hair Removal Cream for just a tiny bit of peach fuzz that was glistening a bit too much instead of my just my face being radiant. Well, after putting it on, waiting the allotted time, wiping it off, and rinsing my face, much to my chagrin, I was still peachy! No, not a peaches and cream complexion as I had hoped, still FUZZY. My advice is to save your money and try something else. I have not yet decided what will work, but as for now, I simply avoid any type of glistening light when possible. Come to think of it, the palms of my hands do get a bit hairy and itchy when a full moon comes around. Hummm . . . .

I needed this product (it is a great product) and the local store stopped carrying it. I was happy to find it online and very excited when it was advertised as a pack of 3 for the price. However, when I received it, there was only one tube. Disappointing!

I am Mediterranean and have thick hair. I tried this to see if it would be an effective alternative to shaving or waxing -- it's not. I followed the directions to the "T," and I got a slight burning sensation on my skin and all my hair completely unchanged. If this sounds like you, you may wanna stick to waxing.

Also, although I did receive the product on time, it is NOT a "package of 3." They really, really need to change the byline.

Item was not received as a Pack of 3 as noted. Be very careful when using this product, follow directions careful or you will burn your face if the product is left on longer than instructed.
