Editorial Reviews

Guitarist and luthier William Eaton joins the unique sounds of his lyre, spiral clef and lyraharp guitar with flute, violin, ethnic percussion and the vocalizations of Navajo singer Mary Redhouse to create a musical journey that evokes the sweep and color of the great Southwest. Features a bonus track with the Drepung Loesling Monks of Tibet and Robert Tree Cody.

Format: Audio CD
This CD was given to me by a friend on mine, a Tibetan monk, and this CD has a track featuring the Drepung Tibetan monks on it. This is a wonderful CD. The magical sounds from William Eaton's beautiful instruments, the exotic vocals, the rhythms and tones, all make for just ambient and magical listening. Each track has a different mood to it; some are more lively and spontaneous, while others are more subtle and intricate. Once again, I love this record and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys listening to world ensembles and soundscapes.

I love this cd BUT would not recommend buying the cd only because both copies I have purchased have a skip right in the middle of the same song at the same place! Manufacture's defect that should have been taken care of before marketing.
