For variety, it'd be nice to have a pretty lady to lead the exercises. This isn't the DVD for that. The cover says she's a teacher, but inside it says this is not for instruction -- fact is, she's not a teacher, and she seems to be doing each thing for the first time, and she keeps whispering and looking to someone off camera to tell her what to do. The camera work and setting are poor. Also, I really don't care for rings in the lips, arm hair, or tattoos. Save your money and don't buy this . DVD. I think the three favorable reviews had to be associated with the production company -- they can't be implying straight faced that this has to do with teaching yoga, or even doing it well.

This is about looking at a nice looking nude woman performing yoga. She is nice enough looking if you don't mind the piercings. If you are looking for a big breasted woman, look elsewhere. However, if you enjoy nudity for it's artistic value, I think you will like this DVD. In summary, it's a very pleasant DVD.

A beautiful young lady is performing yoga exercises during one and a half hour, completely naked. As wel in quality as in quantity is this the best nude DVD I've ever seen.
While purchasing, a message is displayed that this should be a region 1 DVD. This is not correct. It works perfectly on Region 2 players, so I suppose it's region free.
