For variety, it'd be nice to have a pretty lady to lead the exercises. This isn't the DVD for that. The cover says she's a teacher, but inside it says this is not for instruction -- fact is, she's not a teacher, and she seems to be doing each thing for the first time, and she keeps whispering and looking to someone off camera to tell her what to do. The camera work and setting are poor. Also, I really don't care for rings in the lips, arm hair, or tattoos. Save your money and don't buy this . DVD. I think the three favorable reviews had to be associated with the production company -- they can't be implying straight faced that this has to do with teaching yoga, or even doing it well.

This is about looking at a nice looking nude woman performing yoga. She is nice enough looking if you don't mind the piercings. If you are looking for a big breasted woman, look elsewhere. However, if you enjoy nudity for it's artistic value, I think you will like this DVD. In summary, it's a very pleasant DVD.

A beautiful young lady is performing yoga exercises during one and a half hour, completely naked. As wel in quality as in quantity is this the best nude DVD I've ever seen.

While purchasing, a message is displayed that this should be a region 1 DVD. This is not correct. It works perfectly on Region 2 players, so I suppose it's region free.

Yes, the fake reviews here are from a person associated with this one trick pony. Why call it Yoga Teacher when there is no teacher and no instruction. Just one pierced stripper faking yoga. There are actual Nude Yoga instructional dvd's sold here with lovely ladies. This one defeats the purpose.

This DVD was fun and entertaining. I'm not sure how educational it was but she was fun to watch and she tried to explain her poses and then demonstrate them. She presented herself in a "natural" state and seemed fairly comfortable doing this. The title is "Naked Yoga Teacher" it would have been nice to see her teaching a class of several people rather than just making demonstration to the viewer. Directing could have been better as she looked off screen several times for how to proceed with different poses. I would have liked more of a mix of poses and would have been really nice if she had a female partner to assist her or even demonstrate additional poses with,while she explained each pose and how to get into the pose, but this was not the case. I can't give it 5 stars due to what appeared to be disorganization off stage, poor sound quality and distance of camera angles. Additionally, while this is not erotica in any way, better camera angles could have helped. There were times when it seemed like the camera was set up on the other side of the room and it was just left running as she moved from pose to pose. The filming should have been much closer and volume/sound reproduction was not the best. Still, if you are interested in such material, this is worth a look.
