Everything I've tried from Namaste has been above par in quality. This morning we tried waffles with the Waffle & Pancake Mix. My only fear as I made them was how runny the batter was. Fortunately it didn't make a mess, although the waffles were just a hair thin when they were done.The results? Remember how wonderful really good waffles were before you couldn't have wheat? Crisp outside, tender inside... *drool*... Take heart! Namaste's Waffle & Pancake Mix will make you forget you're eating gluten-free. **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED** |
