The book is realistic, romantic and passionate. I like that Seth is the first to fall in love and declare his feelings. And when Erin made him understand his love was unrequited...ohhh the sweet angst I long for! However I'd have preferred to read Seth's pov too, to see how he fell in love. how he felt in certain situations because he's a very reserved and controlled man that never gives anything away.
Erin is afraid to let other have the control because her ex-husband was a manipulative and controlling person. Maybe her fears are a bit too much sometimes.
Anyway how the story unfolds and the realistic way of developing it were very welcome. In real life love at first sight happens but love cames later too like in this case.
Baby Mackenzie is too cute for words and I love all the baby interactions."Ots.Ots". The story covers 3 years but we don't have fast forwards scenes but it is all well balanced instead.
And we want to talk about the hot scenes?!?! I find them very realistic in the descriptions too and some are very steamy.
The labor scene is one of the best I've ever read in a romance and I really apprecciate this.
If only we'd have some glimpses of Seth's deep thoughts the story'd have been amazingly great.

Today is a Saturday. First one in May 2014 actually. I got up, talked with my mom, read couple pages of a book I have been reading since Wednesday, had some breakfast, got back to reading, read some more, wash the dishes, spread my bed, took a shower, got dressed for work, went to work, did work, had lunch with my friend while he introduced me to a new Vegan restaurant (good ones are hard to find in Jamaica), then I continued reading the same book, finished reading said book and I am now embarking on writing a review of that book. What's happening later? Well catch that in the next installment.

The above, was the tone and progression of this novel, using my actual day. Every minute and unnecessary detail was given. Never mind the fact that they had plain 'ol Jane sex, it was detailed! You know normally when the non BDSM sex scenes seems quick, because it is summed up to not make the book drag? Well, this one wasn't. Every single itch was detailed! I won't say a couple never got you a little moist but c'mon! They ain't changing it up so why must I read every detail of this? At this point, I could tell when Erin was gonna come and how.

At 40%, this book had accomplished issues and solutions of a full length novel, but without any of the passion or meaning. It certainly had conflicts lining up til the end, even if it was from the main characters themselves, against themselves. Then if that wasn't enough, she decided in the end, to drop the most infuriating woman in the world back to square one in a technical sense.

I don't know much about Seth, but I do know that I prefer him to Erin. The man spoke the least and had the least impact on the story. We could literally do without both Erin and Seth with how independent this story and it's main characters were.

Erin is a divorced, judge's assistant. She finally speaks with Seth at Mac's (Seth's guardian) funeral. He is a lawyer so she sees him now and then in court. He was nice to her once when she was 12 and shy and he was a moody bad boy. 15 years later she's not so shy anymore, but he's still an intimidating womanizer. After the funeral they get drunk and have sex, protected sex but it didn't work. Erin is pregnant. Seth wants to be involved. There is nothing coming out of left field in this book. It's a real story about two adults trying to make the best of the situation while dealing with their growing feelings for each other. They argue, they make mistakes, they have normal sex! It was refreshing that Seth had a normal man's stamina. haha. With Erin's divorce from her controlling husband and Seth's lonely childhood, they're both afraid of commitment. But they figured it out and there was a happy ending. I wish we found out what happened in Seth's childhood, but it was still a great read.

honestly I rarely IF EVER write reviews like this... but this time I cant help myself..
this book was utterly depressing!! the hero started out being a toad..then he wormed his way in to me liking him, then he got jealous of her dating yet it was ok for him to date, then he fell inlove then!! dont get me started on the insufferable, narrow minded, cynical, bitch with low self esteem!! the heroine sucked!! plain & simple she was a total dud.. I just hate drama throughout the whole book & this book? wow omg it will make you want to reach through the pages & choke the living crap out of her..she didnt deserve the hero at all..shes the type of person if you met her in public you would give a dismissive side long glance & think..hmmm..I dont like my heroines like that.. anyways I do wish I hadnt read this book, it was the first by this author & maybe her other books are better? who knows, but I do question whether she was PMSing when she wrote this book!

I m not much for write reviews or recommending books . So Today I wanted to try a new to me author and I picked up Nameless..I started reading with low expectations and ended with the Question : why doesnt publishers see the potential in the indie market?

Take a book like Nameless even if does get bashed by bloggers THE STORY is strong enough to hold its own.I mean wow. U have two scarred individuals one by a nasty divorce the other by year of self isolation. One night of hot steamy sex ...and they slowly have to learn to trust one another.Slowly trust one another ...Slowly become a family .. because they both need each other they might hold on to their respected strongholds like a person cling on to life but in the end willingly or not they have to come and see that they need each other .
My one complaint is if she does a sequel with the sister as the main character that the author needs to let us see what the guy is thinking .
We get Erin pov and 3rd person pov but never the Hero side...or even better she can tell name less by Seth Pov that can put a twist on thing...
Anyways ....Great book .. dont pass this one over because of the title or the cover its one many great book in my kindle....
