This review is from: Nan: A Six Sigma Mystery (Paperback)
The author has written an easy reading mystery that painlessly integrates the basics of applying industrial quality improvement techniques to health care. There aren't too many mystery novels where nurses, programmers and engineers are the heroes! This book works well as a mystery story and as an introduction to quality improvement techniques. A good introduction to effective management practices, too. Much more fun than any textbook that I've seen. Highly recommended!
