I have never owned a single Nana Mouskouri cd until I heard Ojitos Latinos played on a Spanish radio station in Arizona. Immediately I had to find out who this angelic Latin voice belonged to. I was surprised to find out it belonged to the Greek chanteuse Nana Mouskouri.I only knew,prior to this release, that Nana was a Greek folk singer popular in the 60's and 70's...

Nana Latina demonstrates that her voice is truly angelic and soothing enough to relax a listener but not induce a coma.These romantic Spanish songs are classic and timeless.The musical arrangements and selections are beautiful! This is a definite must have and welcome addition to any music collector's c.d. reperetoire (bi-lingual or not) !

Beautifully sung traditional South American songs. Great duets with Julio Iglesias and Mercedes Sosa.

Powerful, beautiful, Spanish songs, sung by a powerful, beautiful voice of NANA MOUSKOURI. Absolutely Fabulous!!!

I bought this CD at the same time I bought "Nuestras Canciones," and it is just as wonderful. What an amazing voice Nana has! If you like Spanish music, or even THINK you might, give it a try. I'm confident that you will not be disappointed.

She basically cannot do anything wrong in Spanish.
