The one thing I don't see in the other reviews of Nana 21,
This review is from: Nana, Vol. 21 (Paperback)
This is the last issue!, Nana is an unfinished work as of now, this may change in the future, but because of an Illness the Author suffered, she has stopped writing!
Regardless of this, I'd still recommend Nana, all 21 issue's, it truly is that good! I do agree with the other reviewers of this Manga and I just love Nana, the story! The reasons are many, She did her homework on the music and stage industry, and how it works is spot on, and not just the good, but the bad of it too!.. The characters truly come to life in this story and I'm sure you will find yourself lost in this love story too.. I wonder which couples you'd like to see together, when the story ends. I'm sorry, I know my grammar is horrid..

We'd been waiting and waiting for this. Even though we knew what had to have happened to Ren, it was heart-wrenching none-the-less. Nana is Yazawa-san's best work to my mind. I know others love Paradise Kiss, but to me, this is far and away the most compelling and sympathetic characters yet. We're dreading, yet anticipating the last installment(s).

Realistic,
This review is from: Nana, Vol. 21 (Paperback)
Ok I really enjoy reading Nana. It is a very realistic, compelling story. This volume is a very tragic one but the way the author has the characters deal with the loss is so realistic that I was bothered by it more than I thought I would be. I kept thinking about how selfish Ren was. The last few volumes should be called Ren not Nana. It's amazing how one life can effect so many others. You live like a rock star, you die like one...
Good read and gorgeous art.
