My only problem is that it is still being advertised in a Windows XP version which doesn't exist. What you actually get when you order one is the Windows 2000 or older version.

I think this game is great! This game is a little scary. It had great clues, graphics, interviews, and great setting! Some Nancy Drew games have been great but this one is the best. I would suggess this game to anyone who loves mysteries. This one is a keeper! Hope you enjoy because I did!!!!!!!!!

Well, I think that this game was a bit scary, but in a fun way. When a scary thing happens, I feel a wierd feeling in my stomach, then I laugh. I didn't like that the ending was easy and short. But, for the third game in the series, I'll go easy, and say 4 stars. So, I think you should buy it. I hope this review helped!

I have played 9 ND games so far and I hate to admit it but this one was very disappointing.I finished it in about 4 hours (most of them take me at least 2 days). In newer games Nancy has a clipboard where she checks off things she needs to do, which helps you solve the mystery, this game did not have that,you have to go to her room to read her journal which takes time out of the adventure. Compared to the other ND games, this one lacked in puzzles to solve, and the ones you did do were quite easy.
To wrap up this little review I say that message in the haunted mansion gets a thumbs down.

OK so I've played the game before, but I can't load it onto my current computer. I have an XP. I load the game, and when I click to play it, it comes up and says this: "ERROR incorrect path to INI. file C:\Nancy Drew\Message in a Haunted Mansion\Game.INI". Anyone know what I can do????
