Book Description

"A delightful read!" ~HarlequinJunkie

"I need more stars for this book!" ~Lisa Schmidt

"An enjoyable, fun romance that will leave you smiling." ~Fiona

Professor Joshua Kingston thought he'd found the perfect nanny for his son. But once Cassie Simmons stepped into his life, she turned it upside down! His son no longer played by the rules - and Cassie kept making up new ones. He would fire her - if he didn't find her so utterly enticing.

Cassie had a huge secret to hide, and she couldn't afford to lose her new job. But her handsome employer wasn't making things easy. All those silly rules. How was an eight-year-old boy supposed to have any fun? The professor definitely needed a lesson in laughter - and love!

5.0 out of 5 stars A Delightful read! April 18, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
Nanny and the professor was a delightful read, just the kind of book you would want to curl up with at the end of a busy day. The writing was flawless and the characters in the book were well developed, people one could relate too.
Cassie and Joshua's romance was endearing to read, they didn't always see eye to eye and that made for some witty sparring between the two of them.
Cassie was resilient in the face of adversity, her character enforced the saying " make lemonade off the lemons life throws at you".
If you are looking for entertaining feel good romance look no further than the Nanny and the Professor.

5.0 out of 5 stars Making the best of a bad situation March 16, 2012
By Fredlet
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
Cassandra Simmons and Joshua Kingston meet under a tree before her scheduled nanny's interview. He catches her right after she had helped his son, Andy, sneak from a branch with a kitten, through the window, and into his bedroom. So in this awkward moment, Cassie does what she usually does in dealing with life's problems... make the best of a bad situation. This is another heartwarming romance with a little bit of spice between two characters believing their guilty secrets will keep them apart. As they learn to trust and share their flaws, Cassie and Joshua grow to understand how their pasts have made them who and what they are today. Donna Fasano is a master at creating tension, misunderstanding, and communication issues for her characters to overcome. It was fun to watch Andy gain confidence, make friends, and grow into his childhood. I loved how he was the one that spoke with the voice of reason. And everyone needs an Aunt Mary to give them encouragement and unconditional love. Join this couple on their quest to let go of their guilt, find each other, and build a family.

Format:Kindle Edition
I am a huge fan of Donna Fasano and Nanny and the Professor just showed me once again why. This book was funny, entertaining and she always includes a dose of reality. All of her characters are believable and down to earth and it is so easy to curl up and get lost in the story! I read this book in one day. Great job!

3.0 out of 5 stars It was okay
Her insecurities got a little annoying through out. No sex scenes or true romance at all. If you don't like that kind of thing this book is for you.
