This book is Ghostwritten.....,
By Pommity (Boulder, CO) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Nano: Technology of Mind over Matter (Hardcover)
I am a devoted Kabbalist and have read this book, but have to point out that this book is ghostwritten. The Kabbalah Centre puts out a staggering number of books each year, all attributed to a member of the Berg family. However, if you look at the very last page of this book, there is a note from "Betsey, Charlie, and Elijah Ray Davis", who are the ghostwriters of this book. Also, if you look at the page at the front of the book where the edition and year information, etc is listed, Rav Berg is not included as the author-- the book is simply credited to the Kabbalah Centre.
Plus, if you read this book and compare the writing style to some of the Rav's earlier books (which hit the aspect of Judaism much more heavily, and less of the new age approach seen currently), it is evident that the writing styles are totally different. Nano is not alone in this regard. Many, if not all, of the currently released books from the Kabbalah Centre are not written by the stated author. I will attempt to add a similar note to the other books of this nature that I have read. I wish that they wouldn't do this. I would be happy to settle for 1 or 2 books per year genuinely authored by one of the leaders of the Kabbalah Centre, rather than this continuous flow of non-expert material. I would recommend to you "Ten Luminous Emanations" or the "Kabbalah for the Layman" series instead.

In an opening passage the author states of the writing that some will get it and some won't. That's half right.
If you are already into the teaching of Kabbalah then by all means indulge. You won't learn anything new I suspect. If you are not in that group you won't be convinced by this. If you are of a scientific mind you won't learn anything in this book. If the number of hours for reading is limited in your life skip this one. It is spam in a hard cover and reviews like this are your only spam filter.

You have to read this book!!!
is not religion, is not moral or ethics... is science telling who we are, where we came from and what are we doing here. it only takes 281 pages to know what this is all about. Enjoy it!

Before reading this book I just read Rav Berg's Immortality which was the perfect segue to this new publication. The Rav has an amazing ability to simplify and demystify complex theories. I highly recommend Nano Technology of Mind Over Matter.

Good on Nanotech Science, Bad Otherwise,

This review is from: Nano: Technology of Mind over Matter (Hardcover)
I liked the cover and the format, and the first section is good, when it speaks of the pure scientifically true fact about molecular manufacturing. When Rav speaks about light based super nanotechnology he is also correct. But the rest of the book gets off into a collection of ridiculous Kabbalistic mystic nonsense, utter garbage, total freakish filth, essentially witchcraft.
Nanotechnology is solid science, this Kabbalah stuff is mystical garbage and if Berg wanted to be a good consistent teacher he would get rid of the other nonsense and stick to the science. Some good books on nanoengineering are Engines of Creation, Unbounding the Future, and Nanosystems by Eric Drexler, Nano Future by Josh Hall, and there are many others out there. I am glad Rav Berg gets into the nanotech engineering, but, I wish he deleted the garbage.

As I was searching nano leads I came across this fascinating book. It is the flip side of what I also found at blue ridge nano, where technology and one love seem to have joined up for a global revolution.
Exciting times!

Don't leave home without NANO,
By V. Gutie "kabbalah V" (Denver,CO) - See all my reviews

NANO is amazing especially if you consider the Author wrote it after he had suffered a heart attack and was advised he would not be able to do much after. Mind over matter and the spiritual technology we have long since forgotten or did not know existed is an ultimate discovery. The Light in this book is amazing.
