I have used Rogaine with good results, but developed an itchy, sore scalp from the alcohol. Nanogaine produced better hair growth with no adverse effects because its main ingredient is water. I would gladly give this 5 stars based on performance, but it is expensive. Still, it's worth the extra cost.
